  • How do I pay? Do you take insurance?
    Clients pay by keeping a card on file that is charged after each session. I do not take insurance and I am not on insurance panels, but I can provide you with a superbill that you can file to receive any out-of-network benefits with your insurance company.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    If you do not give at least 24 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling, you will automatically be charged your session fee.
  • How long do sessions last?
    Each session is 50-minutes long and I try my best to start and end on time.
  • How often do I have to come to sessions?
    I always encourage clients to come weekly for the first month at least. The frequency of your sessions is always something we will decide on together so that the process makes sense for your life and for your finances.
